I have been a patient with Dr. Mintz for close to twenty years or more! He has proven to me time after time that he is an excellent listener to the point of reiterating my concerns, coming with a plan of action via referrals, medication, communication via phone or email. I especially appreciate his rapid response when I do contact him. He is very conscientious about the criticality of me contacting him. You see when I do call him, I am cognizant of how I am feeling and he usually knows that I have ruled out over the counter solutions. His assistant, Tina always forwards my concerns to Dr. Mintz. She makes me feel special every time we talk. Dr. Mintz and Tina are a team and I like that! Most physicians don’t realize how important that is to their patients. That’s critical to me.
